Age isn't just a number, anymore.

At 53 years of age, The Undertaker is the oldest active WWE wrestler on the roster today. His matches at Wrestlemania are still good, but you have to understand that as the age increases your efficiency in the ring takes a hit.

His fellow wrestlers are retired and work backstage in some role, like Shawn Michaels. The Undertaker must follow that path and train people either in his own training school or somewhere else, or a role the corporate office wouldn't be a bad idea.
