The Undertaker has been on his last legs for most of the last few years. It has been pitiful to see the once amazing wrestler reduced to a mere shadow of his former self.
He is old, and can no longer move at the same rate that he once used to. He has looked slower and slower in recent years, and it would be the best thing for everyone involved if he were to retire. At the moment, it appears that it might finally be happening.
The Undertaker not being involved in the WWE WrestleMania event means that he is finally taking a well-deserved step back from WWE.
The Undertaker has needed to retire for a long time, and he might finally be getting that. That may be why there was no Undertaker at WrestleMania 35.
