4 reasons why TLC could be one of the best WWE pay-per-views of the year

#1 Becky Lynch vs Charlotte Flair vs Asuka

The Smackdown women's division is on fire. While some of the undercard workers still need to improve, the scene is looking better and better. The title match at TLC will undoubtedly steal the entire show. Becky Lynch, the reigning Smackdown Women's Champion, is currently doing the best work of her life, on Twitter, on the microphone and in the ring.

While she hasn't competed since Nia Jax sloppily injured her before Survivor Series, The Man is still very much on top of her game. Her never-ending feud with Charlotte Flair has gotten an interesting twist, in the form of a triple threat Tables, Ladders and Chairs Match also involving Asuka. A match of this high calibre should be the main event of the entire show, nothing else comes close.

The Empress Of Tomorrow has been spending the previous eight months languishing on the Smackdown roster, looking lost and suffered immensely post her streak-snapping defeat to Charlotte at WrestleMania. This TLC match is a chance to rejuvenate Asuka's fledgeling character.

This could be her return to the big time, especially with either one of Becky and Charlotte being expected to win the Royal Rumble Match and facing Ronda Rousey at WrestleMania. Any outcome would be great in this case, and the journey to get there will a brilliant one, filled with brutality, storytelling, drama and utter carnage from the three best female superstars in the entire WWE.

In a year littered with excellent women's matches, Asuka vs Becky vs Charlotte at TLC could be the best of it all.
