#2 Finn Balor (SmackDown Live)
Finn Balor perhaps catalyzed gaijin (non-japanese) professional wrestling within Japan, leading to the rise of Kenny Omega and Marty Scurll.
The former Bullet Club leader left an established legacy in Japan. However, in 2014 Balor debuted for WWE participating on the NXT brand.
During the PPV Beast in the East Balor defeated Kevin Owens to become NXT Champion, (watch the video below). He would reign until NXT Takeover: The End, losing to Samoa Joe.
Since SummerSlam 2016 Finn Balor has maintained a solid fanbase. However, his direction has been poor. In past months Balor has been relegated to mid-card matches.
Notably against Baron Corbin. This direction wastes Balor's talent and character potential. Moreover, it had negatively affected entertainment value.
On SmackDown smaller wrestlers like; AJ Styles, Daniel Bryan, and Rey Mysterio have proven their worth as top performers.
However, this is not the case with Raw. Therefore, Balor should move to SmackDown. Just imagine the possibilities.
Fans could witness matches like; AJ Styles versus Finn Balor. To former Bullet Club leaders going head to head.
