#1 Rusev (RAW)
Since 2010 Rusev has plied his trade in professional wrestling. However not till 2014 did Rusev prove his value.
Debuting in 2014 for the NXT brand, Rusev made an initial impact. Although he failed to obtain a championship in NXT, he was undefeated between 2014-2015.
Since leaving NXT Rusev has been exponentially successful. He became the first Bulgarian born champion in WWE when he won his first United States championship.
In subsequent years another reign improved Rusev's value. However, in 2017, Rusev's popularity soared, with the introduction of Rusev Day, partly due to Aiden English. Rusev and Aiden English split in 2018.
In recent months Rusev has been rarely seen on television. Albeit against Shinsuke Nakamura on SmackDown in the last week, (watch the video below). Nevertheless, his popularity has continued.
It's clear Rusev has a fanbase. Therefore, he should move to Raw. Just imagine how popular Rusev could become.
Moreover, imagine matches such as; Rusev against Braun Strowman. Or, perhaps, Rusev against Drew McIntyre.
