#4 Vince McMahon
According to profightdb.com, Vince McMahon has competed in 62 matches throughout his in-ring WWE career, with his first match against Steve Austin in 1998 ending in a draw and his last match against CM Punk in 2012 also ending without a clear winner.
His most notable rivalry was with Austin, of course, and the biggest victory that Mr. McMahon claimed during their legendary feud came in 1999 when he received help from The Rock and the rest of The Corporation to win the Royal Rumble.
Entering at #2 and lasting 56 minutes, Vince spent much of the match in the backstage area after running away from Austin, but the stats say that he was victorious in his one and only Rumble appearance, meaning he has never officially been eliminated from the match.
