After feuding for months, Angle was seemingly sent packing before Survivor Series, so what could be a sweeter revenge than having the Olympian return at TLC, to foil the plans of the GM-Elect?

The match could be changed so it's just for the role as RAW GM, taking Lesnar and the title out of the equation.

Angle has proven himself that he can still go, and even competed in a TLC match with the Shield last year.

Whoever wins, could make a tournament of some kind for RAW, to decide a number one contender for Lesnar at the Rumble, perhaps Finn Balor, or maybe even Drew McIntyre.
