#1. NXT Women's Championship match official for Takeover: Toronto

Mia Yim will challenge Baszler for the Women's Championship in Toronto

The NXT Women's Championship picture has been looking a little crowded as of late since Io Shirai has been battling the odds with Shayna Baszler, Jessamyn Duke and Marina Shafir and only Candice LeRae to help even the odds.

After Shirai turned heel at the end of the last set of tapings and attacked Candice LeRae, it meant that she was out of the title picture and had stepped into a new feud. This allowed Mia Yim to move in on the NXT Championship and as part of the latest batch of tapings, it was made official that Mia Yim will be challenging Baszler for her Championship in Toronto. Yim has been impressive since she debuted in NXT and now is her chance to prove that she's the future of the Women's Division.
