WWE has treated fans with several surprises over the past few months. Apart from title changes, debuts, and betrayals, it also featured numerous returns from previously absent stars.
The most recent return that happened in WWE is Roman Reigns, whose last appearance occurred at WrestleMania XL before coming back at SummerSlam to attack Solo Sikoa. Other notable names who returned before him were Rhea Ripley, Uncle Howdy with his newly formed Wyatt Sicks faction, and The Rock. However, fans should expect more superstars to show up in the future.
For this list, we will look at four stars who could return to WWE in the second half of 2024.

#4. Brock Lesnar's last WWE appearance was a year ago
Fans last saw Brock Lesnar at the SummerSlam 2023 Premium Live Event, where he lost against Cody Rhodes to end their trilogy. It was then speculated that he would return at this year's Men's Royal Rumble Match but was allegedly alluded to Vince McMahon's lawsuit earlier this year causing him to be pulled from television.
Many people thought that he was fired from the Stamford-based promotion. However, Triple H told fans that Brock was still with the company and would be open to discussion about his return when he wanted to. With how red-hot the company is at the moment, The Beast Incarnate should return while the company is in a lot of spotlight, and maybe even mark his final run in wrestling.
#3. Charlotte Flair has shown improvement since her major injury
In December 2023, Charlotte Flair tore her ACL, MCL, and meniscus in a match against Asuka on SmackDown. The Queen has since undergone surgery and rehabilitation for the past few months, sharing her impressive progress on her social media handles.
At the end of July 2024, Charlotte shared another post where she was seen training at the Performance Center and was already running the ropes. SmackDown and RAW are filled with a lot of female stars that Flair has a history with and names she has yet to face, and with the positive update regarding her health, fans should not be surprised if she returns to WWE programming soon.
#2. Jimmy Uso is medically cleared to compete
On the fallout episode of SmackDown after WrestleMania XL, Solo Sikoa took charge of The Bloodline and began his mission to change the lineup of the group starting with Jimmy Uso. Jimmy was attacked by Solo and the then-debuting Tama Tonga, but as it turns out, it was the company's way of writing the 38-year-old star off television due to an injury.
Weeks before SummerSlam 2024, it was reported that Jimmy was medically cleared to return. With Roman Reigns now returning and setting his sights on Solo, The Original Tribal Chief is outnumbered and needs more people by his side. Fortunately for him, he and Jimmy may have a common enemy.
#1. The Rock's return could intensify The Bloodline's story
Fans last saw The Rock at the fallout episode of RAW after WrestleMania XL, where he confronted Cody Rhodes, implying that their story has certainly not ended even if The American Nightmare defeated Roman Reigns at The Show of Shows.
The Bloodline is now back to being one of the most looked-forward-to stories in WWE after Roman's return and his impending feud with Solo Sikoa. Due to this, it would be no surprise if The Final Boss returned to join his family, possibly even to reveal that he is truly the one responsible for Solo's actions.
