4 superstars who can attack Cody Rhodes on WWE SmackDown tonight

Cody Rhodes will be present on tonight's WWE SmackDown where he will confront Gunther before their Crown Jewel match. However, The American Nightmare might suffer a different fate in the upcoming episode.

Rhodes has been handling a lot on WWE SmackDown lately. After putting aside his rivalry with The Bloodline for a moment, he focuses on his next challenger, Gunther. The Undisputed Champion will compete against the World Heavyweight Champion at Crown Jewel to determine who will be the inaugural Crown Jewel Champion. However, since The American Nightmare has many enemies, his time in the upcoming episode can be compromised.

#4. Gunther may have other plans than talk

After the Crown Jewel Championship match was announced, Cody and The Ring General already had a few meet-ups, though all were just verbal exchanges. However, as the Premium Live Event comes closer, tensions may be heightened.
