Charlotte Flair vs. Ronda Rousey - while this was a match that the WWE already did at the Survivor Series pay per view, one can argue that the two have unfinished business after Rousey cost Charlotte Flair the Women's title at TLC. In fact, with Charlotte Flair's latest heel turn and her wicked skills on the microphone, she would be the best replacement for Lynch at WrestleMania 35.
Beyond that, Flair has shown she is more than capable of having a blockbuster match with Rousey and could easily do it again if the company were to script it right. Again, it's a match that already happened and thus will not be the first time ever match that Rousey versus Lynch would have been, but it would still be worthy of the main event slot.
If nothing else, there are very few other superstars on the women's roster that could warrant a main event match against Rousey at WrestleMania 35 and WWE needs to take that into consideration. They also need to take into consideration that they have a history between Rousey and Flair, which wouldn't be the case for many other possible opponents.
