#1. Drew McIntyre
Paul Heyman himself said on an episode of Raw in January that Drew McIntyre is a future Universal Champion in the making. Ideally, he should be in the running for a title shot. But here he is, as Shane McMahon's lackey.
Hopefully, the arrival of Heyman and Bischoff signals the end of the Wildcard rule. Following whatever the end result of the Shane McMahon storyline is, McIntyre should go back to Raw and start afresh. He has all the tools and is the perfect man to head up the Raw roster.
Charlotte Flair to return and wrestle a CURRENT CHAMPION?
The Scottish Psychopath is huge and menacing who has the ability to have great matches as well. His promos are generally good and his commitment is second to none. McIntyre returned to WWE as a changed man and now, has the look, the skills, the passion and the charisma to succeed.
He is currently a heel, but he could slot in as a babyface if WWE decides to turn Rollins evil. Drew McIntyre is money. He knows it, the fans know it, Paul Heyman knows it. Now, it is time for WWE to know it too.
