#1 Hulk Hogan
Hulk Hogan is the biggest wrestling Superstar ever. His "Hulkamania" run in the late '80s and early '90s made him a household name and a pop culture icon. You can ask anybody who never watched wrestling to name a wrestler, and they will most likely name Hulk Hogan.
After years away from the company, Hogan began working with WWE again in 2014. He hosted WrestleMania 30 and opened the show in a promo segment with "Stone Cold" Steve Austin and The Rock. He made multiple appearances for the company throughout 2014 and seemed to be on good terms with the company.

However, this came to a screeching halt in 2015 when a tape leaked in which Hogan made racist remarks towards his daughter's boyfriend. In the video, he used several racist slurs.
On July 24th, 2015, Hogan's contract with WWE was terminated. They stated that they were "committed to embracing and celebrating individuals from all backgrounds". The WWE entered damage control mode and removed all references to Hogan from their website. They also pulled his character from the upcoming video game. It is easy to understand why they fired him, racism is just not acceptable anymore.
