4 things Bayley could do on WWE RAW in San Jose

The January 13, 2025, episode of WWE RAW will be airing live from the SAP Center in San Jose, California. Bayley is from the arena and recently made an appearance during a San Jose Sharks NHL game to promote that she will be on next week's episode of RAW on Netflix.

WWE has introduced the transfer portal, allowing stars to change brands ahead of the draft. The veteran was spotted having a backstage conversation with RAW General Manager Adam Pearce this past Monday night as well.

Listed below are four things Bayley could do on RAW in San Jose next Monday night.

#4. Bayley could present the Women's Intercontinental Championship on WWE RAW

Damage CTRL's Dakota Kai and Lyra Valkyria have made it to the finals of the Women's Intercontinental Championship tournament. The two stars will square off next Monday night on RAW to determine the inaugural Women's Intercontinental Champion.

Bayley could be ringside for the match and could present the winner with the title. It would be an interesting moment if the 35-year-old had to hand the title to her former stablemate, Dakota Kai, after the faction betrayed her last year.

#3. She could confront Women's World Champion Rhea Ripley

Rhea Ripley defeated Liv Morgan to capture the Women's World Championship this past Monday night on WWE RAW. Dominik Mysterio attempted to reconnect with his former love interest after the match, but she decided to hit him with a low blow instead.

Bayley could interrupt Rhea Ripley on next Monday's edition of the red brand and challenge her to an impromptu title match. The Role Model would have her hometown crowd behind her but would likely fall short in the match.

#2. She could join Pure Fusion Collective on RAW

Pure Fusion Collective is a faction on WWE RAW comprised of Sonya Deville, Shayna Baszler, and Zoey Stark. Dakota Kai defeated Zoey Stark in the semifinals of the Women's Intercontinental Championship tournament on the red brand.

The faction has been unable to get a reaction from the WWE Universe so far. The promotion may decide to have Bayley become the new leader of Pure Fusion Collective to hopefully generate more fan interest in the faction.

#1. The veteran could reunite with Damage CTRL

Bayley used to be the leader of Damage CTRL, but the faction betrayed her after she won the Women's Royal Rumble match last year. The veteran got her revenge by defeating IYO SKY at WrestleMania XL to become the WWE Women's Champion.

Damage CTRL's members have become babyfaces on RAW and many fans will be rooting for Dakota Kai to defeat Lyra Valkyria to become the first Women's Intercontinental Champion. The former champion could reunite with the faction next Monday night and become the leader of the group once again, resulting in her becoming an official member of the RAW roster.
