Brock Lesnar is one of the most iconic names in pro wrestling history, WWE's past, and sports in general. Before joining World Wrestling Entertainment, The Beast made his presence known in amateur wrestling.
Beginning in 2002, Brock became a big star on RAW and SmackDown, which even saw The Next Big Thing headline WrestleMania within a year of debuting. He left in 2004 and eventually became a champion in the UFC.
Lesnar returned less than a decade after his exit and has been back in the fold ever since. The Beast has been a constant looming threat in the promotion, striking fear into stars up and down the card regularly.
It isn't currently clear if or when The Beast will return to the Titanic wrestling promotion. However, it could happen at any time, if it does indeed happen at all. This article will look at a handful of different things the former world champion must do if he finds his way back onto television in the near future.
New Champs in WWE! More RIGHT HERE
#4. He must feud with Gunther
Gunther is one of the best pro wrestlers in the world today. He first joined WWE via the NXT UK brand, where he became the longest-reigning United Kingdom Champion. He has since replicated that success with the coveted Intercontinental Title.
The Ring General is currently without a belt around his waist, but that could change at SummerSlam. The WWE star is set to challenge Damian Priest for the World Heavyweight Championship, and he could very well walk away with gold.
For a long time, Gunther's dream match in World Wrestling Entertainment was with Brock Lesnar. If The Beast does indeed return to the Sports Entertainment juggernaut, this match is a no-brainer.
#3. Brock Lesnar should avoid the world title picture in WWE
Brock Lesnar's time in WWE has been just about as impressive as any star in the promotion's history. He became a top name almost immediately upon debuting in 2002e.
During Brock's time with the titanic wrestling company, The Beast has won numerous world titles. He is a seven-time WWE Champion. Additionally, Brock has held the Universal Title thrice.
While The Next Big Thing has always been a reliable top star, his time in the title picture should be over. Approaching 50, if Brock returns, he should do so as a special attraction involved in non-title stories and matches.
#2. He should put over 26-year-old Bron Breakker
Bron Breakker is a 26-year-old phenomenon who is taking over WWE. He is the son of Rick Steiner and the nephew of Scott Steiner, two Hall of Famers. He is already off to a good start in his career as a two-time NXT Champion and a former NXT Tag Team Champion.
Breakker has a second chance to make a lightning strike at SummerSlam. He will soon have his rematch after failing to defeat Sami Zayn for the coveted Intercontinental Championship at WWE Money in the Bank.
Whether Bron wins the belt or not, he vs Lesnar is another dream match. Many believe that with his in-ring skills, charisma, and explosiveness, Breakker is the second coming of Lesnar.
True or not, The Beast should take Bron over to firmly establish the second-generation star as legitimate.
#1. Lesnar should reunite with Paul Heyman to fight the new Bloodline
Paul Heyman is an iconic figure in the world of pro wrestling. He has done almost everything to do, from managing to photography to commentary. He's even been a booker and promoter. Shockingly, Heyman has even stepped into the ring a time or two, including in WWE.
Unfortunately, the legendary WWE Hall of Famer hasn't been seen on television in about a month. After spending years serving The Bloodline, he was viciously attacked by Solo Sikoa, Jacob Fatu, Tonga Loa, and Tama Tonga.
While many expect Paul to return alongside Roman Reigns, an interesting twist could be for him to do so with Brock Lesnar instead. The Beast standing up for his Advocate and going after this new, dangerous Bloodline could be extremely exciting.
