WWE Friday Night SmackDown aired last night and it was a big show. Three title matches were held on the program. Additionally, the Bloodline saga reached new heights and the Women's United States Championship Tournament began.

One person who wasn't in the building during the blue brand's latest episode was Kevin Owens. Apparently, The Prizefighter showed up to the arena but was told to go home. He then sent in a scathing promo from his car.

Ultimately, however, it was revealed that The Prizefighter will be appearing on SmackDown next week. Not only that, but he will have a face-to-face segment with The American Nightmare, Cody Rhodes. This will surely create a lot of buzz.

The big question many have is regarding what Owens may do on the blue brand next week. This article will look at a handful of options, which include a shocking assault on an authority figure, attacking his long-time friend, and making a major challenge.

Top WWE star blasted, compared to Winnie the Pooh RIGHT HERE

Below are four things Kevin Owens can do on WWE SmackDown next week.

#4. He could hit a piledriver on Cody Rhodes

Part of the reason why Kevin Owens is in such hot water with WWE management, fans, and talent came from his treatment of the legendary Randy Orton. He injured the 14-time world champion on SmackDown just last week.

The two have had issues for weeks ever since The Prizefighter betrayed Orton and attacked him. Fast forward to last week's episode of WWE SmackDown and Randy Orton was hit by a nasty piledriver, a move banned by the company and has been for a long time.

When Cody Rhodes and Kevin Owens go face-to-face next Friday, The Prizefighter could shock everybody and do the same thing again. This time, Owens might hit the piledriver on Cody Rhodes and hospitalize the world champion.

#3. Kevin Owens could attack the WWE SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis

Nick Aldis and Cody Rhodes had an interesting segment on WWE Friday Night SmackDown. Cody borderline begged and pleaded to get a meeting and even a fight with Kevin Owens, but The National Treasure had other plans.

He felt as if Kevin needed to be punished to send a message to the rest of the WWE SmackDown crowd. He is personally responsible for keeping Owens away from SmackDown last night, which could lead to a shocking move.

Instead of Owens hitting a piledriver on Cody Rhodes, he could attack the SmackDown General Manager. Be it a piledriver or just an assault in some other form, he could cause Nick to take time off and recover from a brutal beating as revenge for his suspension of sorts.

#2. He could challenge Cody Rhodes to a match at Survivor Series: WarGames

WWE has just one more major Premium Live Event left in 2024, at least for the main roster. That show is Survivor Series: WarGames, which will be taking place later this month in Canada. Fans are excited for the upcoming show despite only two matches having been announced thus far.

Kevin Owens calls himself a Prizefighter. If he wants to prove it, he needs to fight on the biggest stages and for the biggest prizes. Survivor Series: WarGames could be exactly where a match with Owens would fit.

As a result, the former Universal Champion could appear on SmackDown and challenge Cody to an Undisputed WWE Championship match at Survivor Series: WarGames. From there, he could potentially win the belt and have his second run on top.

#1. Kevin could confront Sami Zayn

Sami Zayn has been involved with a major WWE story. After issues for the better part of two years, The Underdog From The Underground is back with The Bloodline. In fact, he will represent the O.G. Bloodline alongside Roman Reigns and The Usos at Survivor Series: WarGames.

This likely won't sit well with Kevin Owens. The Prizefighter turned on The American Nightmare due to Cody working with Roman Reigns at WWE Bad Blood. As a result, a turn on Sami Zayn could also be coming sooner rather than later.

Whether an official betrayal and beatdown happens or not, Kevin might confront his long-time best friend. He could express bewilderment and disappointment over Sami working with The Bloodline again after how the two fought against them together. Kevin could then reveal that he's done with his Canadian friend once and for all.
