4 things that may happen if Dominik Mysterio betrays Rhea Ripley at WWE SummerSlam

Rhea Ripley and Dominik Mysterio's relationship was on the rocks the past few months due to Liv Morgan's advances to the latter, but it looks like The Judgment Day duo has finally rekindled. Interestingly, many believe this may not be the case.

In April 2024, Rhea Ripley had to vacate the Women's World Championship and be out of action for months due to the injury she sustained from Liv Morgan. Morgan won the title, got close to Judgment Day, and began flirting with Dom in her absence. Last week, the former champion finally returned, and although some thought her relationship with Dominik was ending, she forgave him on this week's episode.

With Liv vs. Rhea now confirmed for WWE SummerSlam, some are still not convinced the on-screen couple is on the same page, and something could happen during the title match.

#4. Dominik Mysterio reveals he is in a relationship with Liv Morgan

Although Dominik has continuously refuted the advances of Morgan for the past few months, it's noticeable that he began to warm up to her slowly but surely. Even if Mysterio and Ripley may have already made up, his feelings could change in the lead-up to The Biggest Party of The Summer.

Rhea's appearances on RAW this week revealed that she was not only mad at Dominik over Liv but also at the fact that he didn't message her during her absence. This could mean that Mysterio and Morgan might have truly gone closer, and unbeknownst to Rhea Ripley, the duo is already in a relationship and is just tricking the former champion.

If Dominik betrays Ripley at the premium live event, he might later accept his relationship with Morgan.

Aside from Dominik, Liv has also subtly approached JD McDonagh and Finn Balor of The Judgment Day. The only person Morgan couldn't get on her good side was Damian Priest, who remained firm that the champion shouldn't be involved with them anymore and kept his trust in Rhea. However, this could cost The Terror Twins.

If Dominik Mysterio betrays Rhea Ripley at WWE SummerSlam, McDonagh and Finn could follow in his footsteps. As Damian is berating them to stop, they could turn their attention to him as well to kick both of them out of the group.

The Eradicator is no stranger to intergender matches, and she is even one of the female superstars who had one in the company. If Dominik betrays her, one of the most effective ways she could seek revenge is by simply sharing the ring with him.

If Mysterio vs. Ripley does happen, it's possible that it could be the idea of Liv. Morgan could state that it's Dom's way to prove his loyalty to her, and even with doubts, he finally agrees to fight Rhea. However, their match could just be a distraction for the Women's World Champion to sneak another attack on her challenger.

Rhea is arguably one of the biggest stars in WWE today, which is why it's unsurprising to see many fellow superstars admiring her. While Dominik has an admirer in Liv, Ripley also has one in Jey Uso.

Jey Uso expressed delight when he found out that Rhea Ripley could be single. The former Bloodline member even took to social media to ask her out on a date, despite her and Dominik Mysterio already making up.
