Punk has won dozens of Championship in his career. He is one of those few wrestlers, who held the WWE Championship, the World Heavyweight Championship and the ECW World Championship. However, Punk never won the United States Championship in his career.

Punk won the Intercontinental Championship once, but was never booked for a proper United States Championship match. Punk could have been an outstanding US Champion. His track record as a champion in the WWE is impeccable. He has certainly delivered some of the most iconic matches as a Champion in WWE.

Had Punk won the US title, he could have set the bar for future Champions and the WWE Universe would have loved to see him with the title. He knew to get the best out of his opponents, and, could have easily become the best US Champion ever in the history of WWE.
