#1 Finn Balor

Finn Balor certainly deserves to be a top guy of the company. Though Balor is set to compete in the Intercontinental title match at Elimination Chamber, he is competent to be a world title challenger. Balor got a Universal title shot at Royal Rumble, but he lost the match at Chase Field.
Balor made his WWE debut in 2014, but he had massive popularity in Japan where he wrestled 13 years. Balor attained notable success in NXT, and he became the NXT champion. Balor had several memorable bouts with Neville, Samoa Joe, Kevin Owens, and many more.
Balor continued the excellent run on the main roster as he won the inaugural Universal title. However, Balor had to relinquish the title due to an injury and his impressive run halted after he came back from the injury.
