#3 - One Last WWE Championship Run
It's been several years since The Undertaker last held any version of the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, so it'd be great to see "The Phenom" get one last title run before he hangs it up for good.

Here's how you book it: have Undertaker come back and make it clear that he's going after the WWE Championship, and then once he wins it he promises that he'll retire as soon as someone is able to take the title off of him.
So, presumably, you'd get a title run that lasts a few months, which would lead to one of the younger people on the roster defeating him for the title, thus ending his legendary career.
As for what version of the title he should go after, well, WWE does seem pretty dead-set on keeping the Universal Championship on Roman Reigns for a while, so it'd probably make more sense for him to go after AJ Styles' WWE Championship over on SmackDown Live.
