WWE is doing better business than ever before. The shows are more entertaining than they've been in years and the crowds are generally livelier than they've been in a long time. Much of this is thanks to Triple H taking over the creative direction of the company.
One of the best decisions The Game has made so far is bringing back authority figures. RAW, SmackDown, and NXT all have General Managers. Adam Pearce runs RAW, Nick Aldis leads SmackDown, and Ava is in charge of the white and gold brand.
Unfortunately, Pearce is having a lot of trouble with his brand. It seems like every week, sometimes multiple times in one night, things go off the rails. Be it The Wyatt Sicks slaughtering staff, Bron Breakker injuring people in the parking lot, or Bronson Reed's recent rampages, RAW is a chaotic show.
Pearce clearly needs to regain control of the flagship show World Wrestling Entertainment has to offer. This article will take a look at a handful of ways the former NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion can do exactly that.

Below are four ways Adam Pearce can regain control of WWE RAW.
#4. Omos could return to WWE television as his personal bodyguard
Omos is an imposing monster currently signed to WWE, but isn't assigned to any specific brand. The former RAW star became a free agent in the company last year and remains one to this very day. That isn't all good news, though.
The big man has been absent from WWE television for far too long. His last major singles Premium Live Event took place at Backlash in 2023. He has since been seen in a few Battle Royals, but he has otherwise been out of action on major shows.
With MVP exiting the company, Omos' future is even more in doubt, but this could be where Adam Pearce steps in. The RAW General Manager could have the big man serve as his personal bodyguard who will stop heels from acting up when necessary. This is similar to the role of 9-1-1 in ECW.
#3. Adam Pearce could give Kiana James more power as a co-General Manager
Kiana James is an underutilized WWE star. She has a natural charisma and an untapped level of athleticism that she only shows off on occasion. Her talent did lead her to winning the NXT Women's Tag Team Titles, however.
While James was called up in the 2024 WWE Draft, she has only competed on television a few times. Instead, she was seemingly being positioned as Adam Pearce's assistant or second in charge. Recently, however, that hasn't been emphasized.
Supposing she will keep the role, Adam or Triple H himself could promote Kiana to becoming co-General Manager. She could then put her foot down and handle drama when Pearce either fails to do so or is too busy putting out another fire somewhere else in the arena.
#2. He could call up NXT stars to serve as new RAW security
Along similar lines as the Omos entry, Adam Pearce could focus on beefing up security for WWE Monday Night RAW. In this case, however, they won't necessarily be his security, but new security for the red brand.
The perfect two people to head this up might be WWE NXT's Hank Walker and Tank Ledger. Hank spent quite a bit of time as an NXT security guard before transitioning into the ring and now both men are united on the white and gold brand.
If Tank and Hank were to be called up to lead RAW security, they could be more physical and aggressive than the standard staff the company uses. They could ultimately serve more as bouncers putting people in their place, which could help the chaos end.
#1. Adam could fire Bronson Reed
Bronson Reed has long been underutilized in WWE. While Triple H has respected him, even if not always showcasing Reed enough, Vince McMahon clearly didn't show similar appreciation. The former Chairman once released Bronson, which shocked many fans. Thankfully, he's back and better than ever.
Big Bronson has become a terror on WWE RAW. After Adam Pearce didn't put him in a match and Reed felt disrespected by the decision, he went on to brutally destroy and injure Seth Rollins. He has since done the same to R-Truth, though this time the behavior was totally unprovoked. Reed had just wrestled!
If Pearce truly wants to get RAW under control, he needs to put his foot down and put somebody in their place. Bronson Reed could be the perfect person for this. If Adam fires the imposing star, every other performer on the brand will know that he means business. Bronson will likely recover, but Pearce's RAW will be better off either way.
