#3 New rivalry with the old story
After winning this year's Royal Rumble match, Shinsuke Nakamura started his rivalry with WWE Champion AJ Styles. At Wrestlemania, the dream match between these two superstars also happened, but Nakamura lost the match, only to turn heel later. After that, Samoa Joe entered into the title scene and again WWE used boring storylines only to stretch the rivalry for some more weeks.
Now Styles is going to feud with Daniel Bryan as he is scheduled to defend his title against him at WWE Crown Jewel.
The WWE is doing similar things with the Universal Championship but they have to see the where the problem is and fix it. An extended feud is not always the right to do and they could still provide an intense rivalry without stretching the feud so much.
During the Attitude Era, feuds were not supposed to be short and this idea turned out to be beneficial for the company because the storylines were fresh and interesting. However, nowadays the feuds are new but the stories in them are almost the same.
WWE should try new things to entertain the fans and should focus more on building the story then extending it.
