With nWo wreaking havoc on all three brands, RAW, SmackDown, and NXT could join forces as they try to end the faction for good. Roman Reigns, Drew McIntyre, Daniel Bryan, Braun Strowman, Johnny Gargano could all be a part of Team WWE to take on John Cena, AJ Styles, Finn Balor, Shinsuke Nakamura, and Damian Priest of nWo.

The possible stipulation could be that if nWo loses, they will disband for good. But if nWo wins, they would get a championship opportunity at all the other titles in WWE that they don't have, thus making it a must-win for the faction to further establish their supremacy.

Now with Cena not with the faction for a majority of the time, it could some dissension in the ranks. They could go with two storylines, a civil war within the faction or the election of a new leader.

A faction civil war may lead to the creation of a new faction and the election of a new leader could lead to John Cena becoming a babyface once again or possibly retiring.

Nevertheless, if WWE plays their cards right, a nWo revival could be a success.
