Put your pitchfork down folks, and hear me out. The current product has better storylines. That doesn't necessarily mean that all are knocked out of the park fantastic.

Given the creative doldrums of those past years, where Hornswoggle of all people was the center of important storylines, the current product is much better.

The WWE Creative has become much more familiar with the PG restrictions and manages to provide exciting television once in a while. If you need any proof, check out the Shield reunion last year. The writing has become more nuanced over a period of time.
