2024 is coming to an end, and the last few weeks of WWE programming could prove interesting. It is public knowledge that RAW will debut on Netflix on January 6.

In a calculated bid to pique interest heading into the first RAW of 2025, Triple H could book a few surprise World Title changes that would dramatically alter the landscape. This would force casual fans to tune in and give the inaugural episode a PLE-type feel.

On that note, let's look at four World Title changes that could happen in WWE before the end of 2024.

#4. Kevin Owens defeats Cody Rhodes to become the Undisputed WWE Champion

At Saturday Night's Main Event, former friends, Cody Rhodes and Kevin Owens, will battle for the WWE Championship. Rhodes already defeated KO at Bash in Berlin earlier this year, but the task won't be easy this time.

The Prizefighter turned heel at Bad Blood, feeling betrayed after Rhodes teamed up with Roman Reigns. Randy Orton sided with The American Nightmare, but The Viper paid a heavy price as KO put him on the shelf with a neck-jarring Piledriver.

KO has a strong psychological advantage heading into Saturday Night's Main Event. With a renewed attitude and newfound aggression, he could stun his way to a World Championship win.

#3. Gunther loses the World Heavyweight Championship at Saturday Night's Main Event

Gunther has kept a firm hold over the World Heavyweight Championship since defeating Damain Priest at SummerSlam 2024, but The Ring General has a tricky task ahead of him at Saturday Night's Main Event.

The Austrian Anomaly will defend his championship against Priest and Finn Balor in a Triple Threat. Therefore, Gunther doesn't have to be involved in the final decision to lose the belt, reducing his chances of a comfortable victory.

Furthermore, The Prince may be in for a sizeable push. WWE could set Balor's redemption arc in motion with an upset World Heavyweight Championship win at Saturday Night's Main Event.

#2. IYO SKY wins the Women's World Championship

Much is at stake at Saturday Night's Main Event, including the fate of the Women's World Championship heading into 2025. Liv Morgan faces a fresh challenger as she battles IYO SKY in an all-important title match.

The Genius of The SKY was part of the winning team that defeated Morgan's army at Survivor Series: WarGames. Hence, SKY has momentum on her side. The Rhea Ripley factor is impossible to ignore in this scenario.

Mami has a never-ending issue with Morgan. Therefore, to stick it to her arch-nemesis, Ripley could help SKY, who has proven to be a useful ally, win the Women's World Championship.

#1. Tiffany Stratton finally cashes in the Money in The Bank contract

Unlike the rest of the predictions on this list, this one could occur after Saturday Night's Main Event. Tiffany Stratton has teased a cash-in on the WWE Women's Champion, Nia Jax, for months.

However, their odd friendship combined with a slew of external factors has prevented Ms. Money in The Bank from successfully cashing in her contract. Stratton still has plenty of time remaining to seize her moment.

Nonetheless, the last SmackDow of 2024 could be eventful as Stratton could cash in her MITB to become the new WWE Women's Champion.
