Randy Orton is one of the all-time greats of the wrestling industry. A 17-year veteran on the WWE, Orton is a 13-time World Champion.

Orton was undoubtedly the biggest name in WWE during the mid-2000s and was the best heel of the era with the "The Legend Killer" gimmick. His current run as a babyface champion has become stale and directionless, and the WWE needs to bring back the "Legend Killer" persona and set him up at the top of the food chain.

Angle and Orton have locked up in a WWE ring before, and another match between the two would surely interest wrestling fans.

Angle even "broke" Orton's ankle during a grudge match, and that gives him all the more reason for a retribution against the American Hero. A "Legend vs Legend Killer" match at a major PPV will give Orton bona fide heat from the crowd, and WWE Universe would again get to see Orton as a more compelling character.
