Will McIntyre turn on against Dolph Ziggler?

Drew McIntyre was the original "chosen one." After getting released post some meaningless rivalries as part of 3MB in 2014, McIntyre wrestled extensively on the independent scene and won championships everywhere he went. His talent and hard work finally paid off when WWE re-signed him last year.

Since coming on Monday Night RAW, McIntyre has been tagging alongside Dolph Ziggler as a tag team and helped him become the Intercontinental Champion. While the duo is killing it as a heel faction, Drew is a bonafide skilful performer who deserves a single championship run of his own.

After fending off Seth Rollins at Extreme Rules, Ziggler needs a new opponent for his IC Title. In comes McIntyre. If WWE wants to make McIntyre a genuine top-level star, him turning on Ziggler and winning the championship at SummerSlam should be the best step going forward.
