#3. Hope is true: An update on Xavier Woods' return to WWE
Xavier Woods was in a decent position in WWE before he got injured in late 2021. He has been out of action ever since, forcing the company to move Big E over to SmackDown.
While Big E's move to SmackDown has been unpopular for different reasons, The New Day has managed to maintain the same level of popularity. Before his injury, he was known as King Woods and is the latest King of the Ring winner.
He was almost in a full-fledged program against Unviersal Champion Roman Reigns, although that seemed to have been nixed for some reason. According to Fightful Select, Xavier Woods could be poised for an in-ring return soon. Sportskeeda's Liam Power wrote:
"It has now been noted by Fightful Select that the former SmackDown Tag Team Champion has been removed from WWE's internal inactive list, meaning he could be poised for an in-ring return in the near future."
We hope this is true because the road to WrestleMania is always a good time to make a return to the ring.
