#2. Hope isn't true: WWE's plans for the future of The Hurt Business
The Hurt Business was WWE's best faction this past year, and the fact that they broke up for such a short-term storyline makes it frustrating for fans, and presumably for the members of the faction as well.
Shelton Benjamin faced Bobby Lashley on RAW after The Hurt Business' break-up and lost convincingly. This coming week on RAW, the WWE Champion Bobby Lashley will face Cedric Alexander and likely defeat him with ease.
Charlotte Flair to return and wrestle a CURRENT CHAMPION?
WON reported that there is no long-term plan for The Hurt Business members post-break-up and that the faction is likely done for good:
"Benjamin and Alexander are also likely to be the latest victims of WWE’s breaking people up just to do so and without doing so for a feud since Lashley is just blowing both off in one match and they’re most likely going to be dead. Corbin showed up on Raw to help Lashley."
We hope this isn't true because it's a waste of an already incredible faction. While MVP made it clear that King Corbin is not a part of The Hurt Business, it was an unnecessary sacrifice. Bobby Lashley could still have had The Hurt Business with him post-WrestleMania - win or lose.
