#2 Separate productions in 2019
According to the Wrestling Observer, the WWE will be changing up their productions in 2019. It reports that there will be different productions for RAW and SmackDown Live next year, but did not specify what this means exactly.
This may mean completely different teams working on the shows, which could lead to vastly differing shows on TV. As we all know, SmackDown will be moving to Friday nights in October next year, as a part of the deal with FOX Sports.
Whilst little is known about the deal, the WWE has refuted claims that the brand split (which began in 2016) will be coming to an end. People had previously speculated that the rosters would be merging into one, to allow more top-tier talent to appear on SmackDown to impress the Fox executives.
For now though, we'll have to wait until 2019 to see what happens to both shows.
