New Champs in WWE! More RIGHT HERE
This time in the feature we will take a look at those rumors we hope are true and at those, we hope are not. Let's get started without further ado.
#10 Hope Not- The Rock vs Bobby Lashley
The match between Roman Reigns vs The Rock was always supposed to main-event WrestleMania 35. But ever since Roman Reigns announced that he's battling Leukemia, the plans for the aforementioned match has been put on a shelf.
But according to the rumor another name is being considered to face The Rock at next year's WrestleMania, Bobby Lashley. Ever since Lashley has made his WWE comeback, he has failed miserably to deliver what was promised. And now with the heel turn of Lashley, he's likely to get pushed into the near future.
But if WWE have WrestleMania plans for Bobby Lashley vs The Rock, I highly doubt that if WWE Universe will likely the idea of same. I mean the opportunity should be given to another superstar who can make the most out of it such as Elias, who's been calling out "The Brahma Bull" for a long time now.
This rivalry between the two superstars will attract more people than Lashley vs Rock. Also, this rivalry will obviously push Elias as the main-event guy.
#9 Hope True- Brock Lesnar vs Drew McIntyre and/ Seth Rollins at WrestleMania
Brock Lesnar has recently signed up a deal with WWE which allows him to perform till next year's WrestleMania. For a long time, it was rumored that Braun Strowman will dethrone Lesnar and will take away the championship at WWE Crown Jewel.
But the expected scenario didn't happen.
So, currently, there're two names being considered for Lesnar's WrestleMania 35 match, Drew McIntyre and Seth Rollins. The rumor suggests that Lesnar is highly likely to face Drew McIntyre at next year's WrestleMania where he'll drop the title to the Scottish Man.
But other than McIntyre, Seth Rollins' name is also being brought up on the table following his recent promo on Raw where he mentioned Lesnar.
So, basically at WrestleMania, we might end up seeing Lesnar vs McIntyre or Lesnar vs Rollins or maybe Lesnar vs McIntyre vs Seth Rollins in a triple threat match for the WWE Universal Championship.
#8 Hope Not- Shawn Michaels vs The Undertaker at WrestleMania
Shawn Michaels made his in-ring return earlier this year at WWE Crown Jewel. There he and Triple H took on the duo of The Undertaker and Kane and came out victorious. Though HBK performed a little bit rusty at the PPV, still a door is open that we might end up seeing at least one more match between HBK and 'Taker ( more than HBK vs AJ Styles).
Though the idea of HBK vs the deadman is not bad, if it happens at next year's WrestleMania then it'll be nothing but more than a nostalgia act. Since (no offense) HBK and 'Taker has clearly aged and I am afraid that if a big stage such as WrestleMania will be given to them, we might see maybe one of their worst matches ever.
#7 Hope True- Brock Lesnar vs The Rock
The last time when Brock Lesnar and The Rock step foot together in the ring was at 2002 SummerSlam where defeated "The Brahma Bull" to win the WWE Championship. Since then, the two men aren't seen together sharing the same ring.
According to the rumor, The Rock is currently favorite to win next year's, Royal Rumble. And also, he is currently favorite to main-event the WrestleMania against Brock Lesnar with the WWE Universal Championship on the line.
Due to Roman Reigns recently walking out of WWE to fight Leukaemia, WWE might be considering to bring more star power to the company and bringing "The Great One" into the company after a long time would be a good move.
#6 Hope Not- Chris Jericho Done with WWE
Chris Jericho was last seen working in WWE earlier this year at WWE Greatest Royal Rumble where he participated in its Royal Rumble match before getting eliminated by Bruan Strowman.
Since then Y2J is seen anywhere near WWE.
And according to the rumor, we might not see Jericho in WWE anytime soon or maybe never because of his success of his Jericho Cruise. Also, the rumor is suggesting that due to WWE backing out from his plan of Jericho Cruise, he isn't looking forward to returning to WWE once again.
Besides when he has the freedom as a free agent now( he may work in NJPW, ROH or any other promotion of his choice) and also he's looking forward to making Jericho Cruise an annual thing, I highly doubt we might see him again in WWE.
#5 Hope True- Bray Wyatt rejoins Luke Harper
Ever since Matt Hardy retired from the world of pro-wrestling, Bray Wyatt isn't seen anywhere near the ring.
And according to the rumor, Wyatt might come back soon but with a new gimmick and might even join his former Wyatt family member Luke Harper. The thing that is currently holding up these plans is Harper's hand injury otherwise who knows Wyatt and Harper might have already made their re-debut as a team.
#4 Hope Not- Brock Lesnar to work in WWE after WrestleMania 35
It's being reported that Brock Lesnar will not defend his Universal Championship anytime soon. According to it, he will defend his title only two times, next year at Royal Rumble and at WrestleMania where he's likely to drop the title to someone.
But according to the latest rumor, this might not be the case. As Lesnar might end up staying with WWE even after WrestleMania which clearly points towards that Lesnar might not lose the title as early as at next year's WrestleMania.
So, basically, we will not see Lesnar dropping off the title to anyone soon.
#3 Hope Not- Ronda Rousey vs Becky Lynch to main-event WrestleMania 35
Ever since the rumor came in front revealing that for the first time ever the women of WWE might main-event the next year's WrestleMania. The possible match that was suggested to main-event the biggest PPV was Ronda Rousey vs Charlotte Flair.
But according to the latest rumor, the plans might have changed to Ronda Rousey vs Becky Lynch, due to the fans response towards Lynch. Though the match in itself will be a one that'll be remembered for ages, due to the events that have transpired at this year's Survivor Series PPV it clearly doesn't make sense for Lynch to face Rousey instead of Charlotte.
As what we witnessed at one of the big four PPV's was possibly a build-up to Rousey vs Charlotte' match at WrestleMania.
#2 Hope Not- Batista vs Triple H Cancelled
At SmackDown 1000 a match was teased for WrestleMania 35 between Batista and Triple H. Everyone in the attendance at that night was clearly into it as they went nuts as soon as the greatest faction ever "Evolution" entered the building.
But according to the latest rumor the plans for this dream match might have been nixed following Triple H's pectoral muscle injury at Crown Jewel PPV. And to cope with the injury "The Game" required surgery due to this it now rules out all the possibilities of this dream match becoming a reality at next year's WrestleMania.
Also according to a new rumor, WWE is now planning Batista vs Randy Orton at WrestleMania.
#1 Hope True- Kevin Owens To return before WrestleMania
Kevin Owens is currently out of action due to the double knee injury he suffered recently. As of now, WWE has not provided any time frame for Owen's return, but it seems that we might see him in the WWE ring sooner than we expected.
According to the latest rumor, Owens will be cleared by WWE as soon as next year's February or March. But it's up to WWE if they will give him a storyline to build up his WrestleMania match.

Though, it's likely that Owens will return to WWE after WrestleMania as then things are fresher, be seeing what rumor has to say about Owens and his recovery we might see him making a shock return before WrestleMania.
