SummerSlam is set to be "awesome," as The Miz was confirmed to host The Biggest Party of The Summer this Saturday. The A-Lister is a perfect fit since the PLE will be held in Cleveland, The Miz's hometown.
The two-time WWE Champion previously hosted WrestleMania 39 with Hall of Famer Snoop Dogg. On Night One, Pat McAfee interrupted and defeated The Miz. On Night Two, Shane McMahon returned to beat down The A-Lister. However, McMahon tore his quadriceps during the match and was replaced by Snoop Dogg.
It is almost certain that the eight-time Intercontinental Champion will be interrupted during his hosting activities. On that note, let's look at four WWE stars who can confront The Miz at SummerSlam:

#4. and #3. Kevin Owens and Randy Orton return together at SummerSlam
The Bloodline 2.0, on a mission to wreak havoc and deprive Cody Rhodes of allies, obliterated Randy Orton and Kevin Owens earlier this month to take the duo out of the equation. Thus, The American Nightmare will walk into SummerSlam alone.
However, The Apex Predator and The Prizefighter could re-emerge with a different perspective away from The Bloodline business and Rhodes. Awesome Truth (The Miz and R-Truth) could be cutting a promo, hyping the crowd, only to be interrupted by World Tag Team Champions Finn Balor and JD McDonagh.
Enter Orton and KO, who have developed quite an alliance in recent months. They could take down the champion, alongside Awesome Truth, sending a statement to the entire division.
#2. Omos
While the Paul Levesque Era has seen the rise of many underrated performers, some stars like Omos have been underutilized. The Nigerian Giant was last seen participating in the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal during the WrestleMania XL weekend.
Omos has been used sparingly, but he is still with the company. His resurgence could begin this Saturday when he interrupts and lays waste to Awesome Truth, gaining immense heel heat in the process.
WWE needs to re-establish some of its larger-than-life stars, who have historically occupied key positions in important storylines. Omos can easily fill these giant shoes.
#1. Roman Reigns
Roman Reigns is heavily rumored to return at SummerSlam 2024. Fans believe that WWE booked Cody Rhodes vs. Solo Sikoa as the main event to set the stage for the Original Tribal Chief's long-awaited homecoming.
While it makes sense for The Big Dog to return in the final segment, WWE could also squeeze the former Universal Champion into a confrontation with The Miz. Naturally, this would give away the shock value, but the company could also book an interview with The A-Lister in the post-SummerSlam press conference.
The return would generate significant buzz. The Miz, capitalizing on the hype, could immediately announce an interview with Roman Reigns.
