#3 Liv Morgan
With the women's division on the blue brand lacking intrigue, the creative team must concentrate on building some superstars whilst keeping the spotlight on the likes of Bayley and Charlotte.
Enter Liv Morgan. The former Riott Squad member was last seen on television in July, where she locked horns with Charlotte Flair and came out on the losing side. Despite being a promising character on screen, Morgan hasn't been provided with any legitimate television time.

Therefore, Zayn bringing her back and bolstering her credibility on the blue brand could make for some interesting television, especially in October, when WWE heads to Fox Sports.
Morgan's crazy antics and undeniable athleticism between the ropes makes her an ideal candidate to make Sami Zayn's heel stable more intriguing and entertaining. If provided with the right booking, the fans can get behind Zayn's stable, with the former NXT Champion cleverly guiding Morgan to the top of the women's division.
#2 Robert Roode
Since Sami Zayn is all about delving into an artist's mind, Robert Roode is another superstar who has failed to make his mark for the creative team. Although he worked incredibly well under Triple H's supervision in NXT, the Glorious One has lost all his credibility ever since making the transition to the main roster.
Considering that the two faced a similar situation after reaching the main roster, joining this heel stable could get Roode some valuable television time. With Shinsuke Nakamura already holding some gold on the blue brand, this could also result in Roode and Cesaro fighting it out to get some precious opportunities.
Furthermore, Zayn could also align with Roode and form a tag-team of their own, with the two contesting to bring some pride and respect to the tag-team division.
Whether you like Zayn or not, you have to agree that his current direction with Shinsuke Nakamura could open the palace for many other superstars.
