Mustafa Ali's had a fantastic calendar year. He was called up to SmackDown from WWE 205 Live late last year and since has blossomed into a popular upper midcard babyface on the main roster. The Heart and Soul of SmackDown was even supposed to be a part of WWE Elimination Chamber but he was forced out of it due to injury. It looks like Ali may be injured again after a nasty incident at WrestleMania.

Mustafa Ali took part in the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal. His injury was particularly nasty and occurred after he'd been eliminated. Ali was being held up in a vertical suplex position on the apron by Harper when both men were booted out by Braun Strowman. The momentum sent Ali crashing into the announcer's table.
