Rosa Mendes was a part of the Diva Search, and despite not winning the competition she was offered a WWE contract. She mainly worked as an enhancement talent as well as a manager for other Superstars before becoming a WWE correspondent, and then retiring from the WWE.

During a European tour in 2013, Mendes was sent home from the tour and WWE made this statement: "Milena Roucka (Rosa Mendes) left the international tour for personal reasons".

Wrestling Observer reported that she was sent home due to her behaviour on the tour, adding that she partied too much and was called "a mess" by backstage sources.
She stayed on with WWE for a couple of years, before leaving the company. She recently wrestled in an indie match alongside former WWE Superstar Adam Rose.
