Royal Rumble is scheduled for February 1, 2025, at the Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana. The premium live event will set the wheels in motion for the year's storylines, especially with picking two World Title challengers for WrestleMania.
The number of potential challengers from both divisions is significant in numbers. There are several names that could be eligible to become the last superstar standing in the Men's and Women's 'Rumble Matches, respectively. However, the premium live event comes with its shocks, surprise returns, and even potential character changes.
Speaking of the Royal Rumble, fans can expect Ms. Money in the Bank Tiffany Stratton to join the 30-woman match. Stratton has been in an alliance with WWE Women's Champion Nia Jax for the past few months on SmackDown but the latter has appeared domineering towards the 25-year-old. However, by the time the premium live event comes around, The Irresistible Force could change her demeanor towards The Buff Barbie, and lessen her bullying attitude.
Once Stratton notices Jax has gone soft, she could use the moment to cash in her Money in the Bank contract at the premium live event, to win the WWE Women's Champion. This betrayal could trigger a face turn for Nia Jax.
