Despite all the ups and downs, The Judgment Day remains the top faction on Monday Night RAW. However, SummerSlam is going to be a big night for the villainous faction, as both Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley will be engaged in title bouts. Unexpectedly, Finn Balor could be the star who leaves The Judgment Day to join Imperium and Gunther at The Biggest Party of the Summer.

For those who might not know, Gunther is set to battle Damian Priest for the World Heavyweight Championship at SummerSlam. The assumption of Finn Balor joining Imperium arises from a recent video package of the Imperium leader on Monday Night RAW.

In this video package, Gunther stated how he likes and respects Balor but now sees him surrounded by people like Priest and The Judgment Day.

This seems to indicate that the Ring General favors Balor over the rest of the faction members. In turn, Balor could try to aid the Ring General at SummerSlam, eventually allying with him and Kaiser post-SummerSlam. Also, with Balor and JD McDonagh holding the World Tag Titles right now, he could take McDonagh with him to join the record-breaking Intercontinental Champion.

It remains to be seen how things will unfold at SummerSlam 2024 and whether we see Finn Balor intervening in this World Title match or not.

Why Finn Balor is expected to bring massive changes to The Judgment Day soon

The villainous faction is expected to witness some massive changes soon in the Stamford-based promotion, and these changes could be brought about by Finn Balor. The former Universal Champion is currently the most suspicious figure in The Judgment Day.

This is evident from his frustration seen during his backstage segment with Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest. Here, Balor asks Ripley and Priest if they think he is not good enough to handle business with Gunther alone.

This shows that Finn is trying to prove himself and feels that Mami and the Archer of Infamy think he is no longer reliable enough. Additionally, The Eradicator is already listed as a babyface star in WWE's internal list, and Priest is on his way to a heroic turn. This indicates their separation from Finn Balor and Dominik Mysterio, who remains a heel, is seemingly on the horizon.

So, with all this, the WWE Universe could witness Finn Balor bringing some massive changes to the faction. This could either involve him leaving the faction himself or kicking out Damian Priest, Rhea Ripley, or both from The Judgment Day.
