Logan Paul recently made headlines after announcing that he has retired from WWE after becoming a father in September. However, many fans think that all of this is just a work and he is still set to return in the Stamford-based promotion.
Fans last saw Logan Paul at this year's WWE SummerSlam, during which he failed to defend the United States Championship against LA Knight. Since then, he hasn't been wrestling and hasn't appeared on wrestling television.
Recently, he created some buzz after announcing that he has retired and won't appear at WrestleMania 41, which many believe is false. With this in mind, there are several avenues to how The Maverick can return.
For this list, we will look at four directions for Logan Paul if he returns to WWE.
#4. Logan Paul to finally have his WrestleMania dream match
In 2022, The Maverick teased a possible face-off against John Cena. Logan wasn't able to face The Cenation Leader at WrestleMania XL but had a notable triple threat against Kevin Owens and Randy Orton. However, that can change next year.
Cena is set for a major 2025 as he begins his retirement tour, with Logan reportedly one of the names set to face the Cenation Leader during that year. With this in mind, both men can even begin the build to their rivalry at next year's Royal Rumble.
#3. Logan Paul to gain more heat by retiring AJ Styles
AJ Styles is one of the most beloved stars in wrestling due to his legendary status, whether he plays a heel or face. As it turns out, he was set to have his own retirement tour until he got injured in a SmackDown match against Carmelo Hayes. Interestingly, he may already have a fitting opponent once he returns.
Styles and Paul could meet en route to WrestleMania and market it as AJ's final match before officially retiring from in-ring performance. To further cement Logan as a heel, he can not only win the match but do so through cheating.
#2. Logan Paul can target gold again
Based on Logan's WWE character, it is quite unusual how he didn't immediately pursue a rematch for the United States Championship after how passionately he brings the title around. Due to this, it may be his immediate target once he returns.
The current US Champion is Shinsuke Nakamura, who has rebranded himself into an untouchable monster since returning to WWE television. It will be an interesting and never-before-seen dynamic if The King of Strong Style faces Logan.
#1. America's Most Wanted can have a one-off run in the WWE
Although Logan always receives hate as soon as he appears on WWE television, he still cannot reach the heat that Dominik Mysterio brings to the table. The Judgment Day member managed to turn heel twice, first by betraying Rey Mysterio and then by betraying Rhea Ripley.
Since there have been some tensions in The Judgment Day recently, Dominik can take a breather from the group and form America's Most Wanted with Logan for a while. Interestingly, one team the duo can even meet is Rey Mysterio and Bad Bunny.
