Jinder Mahal's stock will rise if he manages a half decent showing against Brock Lesnar

One of the allegations that can be levelled at WWE against Jinder Mahal's Championship run is that he's never come across strong enough despite not losing the belt.

He's seen off both Randy Orton and Shinsuke Nakamura's challenge twice each, but it still feels like he could drop the belt anytime.

That said, it's not like anyone is actually expecting him to defeat Brock Lesnar, meaning that he can come out of the match looking strong if he's booked to get in some measure of offence.

Despite the likelihood of the match being a dud, it would still bode his mediocre WWE Championship run well if he has a solid showing against the Beast.
