Speaking in terms of looks, Carmella has certainly acquired them from her mother, as there is not much of a resemblance between Carmella and her father (and former WWE performer) Paul Van Dale.

That said, some fans may pick Carmella apart for not being on the same level in-ring wise as Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch among others, but she definitely has charisma and that heelish personality.
