When it comes to women's wrestling, WWE has a much stronger set of wrestlers than AEW. That being said, Tony Khan has built a few stars in the division. The biggest one might be Britt Baker. The wrestler-cum-dentist has grown into a major player on AEW Dynamite and should become the Women's Champion soon.

Baker is a better wrestler than she was a year ago. Her Lights Out Match against Thunder Rosa earned overwhelming praise from fans and wrestlers alike. She is ever-improving, which could lead to the perfect storm alongside Sasha Banks. The current SmackDown Women's Champion is damn popular in WWE today.

She is undoubtedly one of the best women's wrestlers in the company. Banks could help elevate Baker to her "elite" level if the two were to ever face off. Currently, no other women's match in WWE and AEW would be as big as this encounter.

Sasha Banks works well with every female star in WWE and is consistent with her performances.

In fact, she has led so many of her peers to the best match of their careers. The most recent examples include Bayley and Carmella. That would likely be the case if Banks comes face-to-face with anyone from AEW, especially if it is Britt Baker.
