WWE announced midweek that Renee Young will be changing her role for the next Monday Night RAW.

She will be commentating for all three hours of the show along with Michael Cole and Corey Graves. This will make her the first woman to do so in WWE. WWE hasn't told why Jonathan Coachman will not be there but have stated that he will be fulfilling another obligation.
Considering how Young does all the backstage interviews, she could be a great change for the fans. Although this is not permanent, Young has a great chance of proving that she can commentate as well.
