#5 Karl Anderson
When Karl Anderson made the journey to WWE originally, he was not the fittest Superstar. However, he was not the most unfit either.
He just was not dedicated to keeping his body as fit as it could be.
However, it was when Karl Anderson hired a personal trainer to work on being fit that the world truly realised how different Anderson had looked only a few months back.
Finn Balor might be known as one of the fittest WWE Superstars of all time, and his abs can be used to wash clothes, but his friend and former Bullet Club member had not shared the same feature in Japan.
When he came to WWE, he hired a personal trainer, and the moment he did that he put all his focus into making abs for himself a reality.
#4 Sheamus
Sheamus is one of the best WWE Superstars of all time. His resume in WWE speaks for itself. But a man is more than a list of his achievements.
One of the best measures of who Sheamus is as a human being comes from the way he dealt with the Spinal Stenosis in his neck flaring up in 2017. Amidst rumours of being forced to retire, Sheamus decided to treat it as a challenge and came up with workouts which saw him improve incredibly in the fitness department.

#3 Jinder Mahal
While Jinder Mahal might not be anyone's favourite wrestler at the moment, one thing is sure as far as the Superstar is concerned.
The improvement that he made to his physique before being brought back to WWE was extremely impressive.
The Superstar developed a very impressive physique and the dedication might have been what attracted the attention of the WWE authorities, as he was rewarded with a WWE Championship run.
#2 The Big Show
The Big Show may be at the tail end of his career, but that has not stopped him from show how dedicated he is to be fit.
For a large part of his career, Big Show was overweight and that was a part of his gimmick. He was the 500 lb 7 foot giant of WWE. However, that was not the healthiest option for the giant.
In the last couple of years, Big Show did the unthinkable and transformed his body completely.
#1 Braun Strowman
One of the body transformations that went almost unnoticed due to Braun Strowman's lowkey last run, the former Wyatt family member changed a lot from his earlier WWE days.
The Monster Among Men made it his business to destroy WWE Superstars once he made his return to the ring with his new gimmick in 2016. He also did it with immense fitness. He displayed athleticism, even taking to the top rope, and showcasing his speed.
