A lot of performers in wrestling today have a great, muscular build with great athleticism, and while Joey Janela isn't out of shape and is athletic, he brings a unique charisma and style that no one else in the world today is capable of. The Bad Boy can work so many different styles, and with Penelope Ford by his side, it's been clear since the Jacksonville rally that All Elite Wrestling has had great plans for the New Jersey native.
Ultimately, AEW is going to need to build Janela up into a star before they give him a big-time shot, as he doesn't have the name value right now to be in the main event, but that's the only thing holding him back. Whether he be in hardcore matches with the likes of Havoc, Allin, MJF and others or he shows off his natural charisma and talent against the big boys, The Bad Boy is here to stay, but he's not getting his shot just yet.
