Cole was one of the leaders of the LeftRightLeftRight videos which saw the group play Untitled Goose Game, Halo, and Until Dawn. Cole is also a member of Da Party alongside Austin Creed and fellow members of LeftRightLeftRight Tyler Breeze, and Cesaro. As a member of Da Party, Cole has appeared in the regular episodes of Uno as well as Among Us against the BRE, another faction on the channel.

Samoa Joe, also known as Joey Headrocker, is a former UpUpDownDown Champion. Joe defeated Jimmy Uso on the European tour to win the title using the "Power Game". Joe would lose the title to Seth Rollins in a dramatic battle of Arm Wrestling on the Nintendo game, Track and Field.

Joe has been featured prominently on UpUpDownDown over the last few weeks as a spectator in The Miz's attempts to challenge Tyler Breeze for the title. Joe was also a part of the recent Tekken 7 videos where he took on the likes of Shelton Benjamin, Jey Uso, Kofi Kingston, and Austin Creed.
