#5 Shield reunion (2017)
On the road to WWE Summerslam 2017, Seth Rollins attempted to make amends with Dean Ambrose and once again form an alliance. Although Ambrose hesitated initially, he eventually accepted Rollins' offer and the two went on to win the RAW Tag Team Championship from The Bar. Roman Reigns joined the fray in October when the trio decided to teach a lesson to their common enemies in Braun Strowman, The Miz, Curtis Axel, Bo Dallas, and The Bar.

The 9th October 2017 episode of RAW marked the first official reunion of The Shield since the squad's disband in 2014. They were set to compete at TLC as a team but Roman Reigns had to be replaced due to medical issues. The Shield would eventually wrestle The New Day at Survivor Series where they came up with a victory. With Dean Ambrose suffering a bicep injury in December, Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns decided to put the alliance to rest.
The Shield was once again reformed the following year when Braun Strowman was about to cash-in his Money in the Bank contract against the WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns. How that reunion ended? That deserves a slide of its own.
