Bianca Belair is probably the favorite to stand tall at WWE Royal Rumble 2021, to win the women's Royal Rumble match, by a long shot. The only other real candidate is Alexa Bliss, based on the way that she has been built thus far.

You literally had Bianca Belair carry Otis in her shoulder in the build to WWE Royal Rumble 2021 to prove that she is one of the strongest Superstars in the entire company at the moment.

So, when she wins the Royal Rumble match, she could potentially challenge Sasha Banks instantly, calling her down to the ring, and when people least expect it, she could sock Sasha Banks in the face, turning heel. Bianca Belair could then use her heel turn to climb the ranks following WWE Royal Rumble 2021.

You need a babyface facing a heel at WrestleMania, and this could be the best way to go about it, for sure.
