#5 Full Circle: John Cena
John Cena, what would wrestling be like without everyone's favourite most hatable good guy? Some will say WWE would be in a better position, as Cena's bland babyface character made WWE lose their edge over the last decade, but fans got to know how important Cena was to the WWE when he left to Hollywood a few years ago.
Cena is possibly the superstar that kept Vince McMahon's billion-dollar empire thriving over the last few years, as the merchandise sales, the sold-out arenas and the hottest narratives of the previous decade can be accredited to Cena in some shape or form.

But imagine all of that without Cena, as that would have been the case if one such Kurt Angle did not put over a young hungry Cena in 2002, as Cena gained the attention of fans when he nearly beat a hot Angle in his debut match.
Cena being the man to end Angle's career is the best option, as this is a Flair-Micheals type of send-off, but WWE chose Corbin to do the job instead.
