One of the biggest reasons why Vince McMahon has so much adulation for AJ Styles is because he was never meant to be a main-event superstar under him.

The Phenomenal One ascended to the top of the wrestling industry in no time, and the chairman couldn't do anything but notice how versatile Styles really is.

Since he could be the potential winner of the Royal Rumble in 2019, this could effectively mean that Styles will make his transition to Monday Night Raw.

Despite ruling the blue brand for almost two years, it's about time the company rejuvenates their brand extension plans and bring AJ to Raw.

This would make the red brand a more compelling show, and could invite the possibility of Vince McMahon centering the brand around the former WWE Champion. Considering the fact that the company lacks a legitimate main event threat on the red brand, catapulting AJ to the top could be an incredible way of booking things right.
