#3 Jey Uso vs. Shinsuke Nakamura (WWE SmackDown)
This year, WWE SmackDown’s final show before WrestleMania hosted the annual Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal. The prestigious match saw Jey Uso emerge victorious following a grueling battle and add more to his credibility as a main eventer on SmackDown.
The match also gave us a glimpse of the next potential feud for one of the top heels of the Blue brand.
Jey Uso, Shinsuke Nakamura, Baron Corbin, Ricochet, and Mustafa Ali were the only five WWE Superstars left inside the ring in the match's closing moments.
Soon, Ricochet and Ali started brawling while Corbin and Jey Uso teamed up against Nakamura. Ricochet then eliminated Ali, and the latter was sent over the top rope by Corbin.
Following that, Corbin and Jey Uso brutally assaulted Nakamura. Main Event Jey Uso then turned his attention towards Corbin and tried to eliminate the King.
Nakamura had the time to recover, and he ended up kicking Corbin out of the ring. Finally, it boiled down to the Japanese star and Jey Uso. The latter stayed true to his cruel self and was merciless in his offense.
Nakamura was also booked strongly as he pushed Jey to his limits. In the end, the King of Strong Style was convincingly eliminated by Uso, who received a lot of praise for stealing the show in the main event once again. This also set up a potential feud between him and Nakamura on WWE SmackDown.
Both Jey Uso and Shinsuke Nakamura have good momentum on their side at the moment. The creative are pushing The King Of Strong Style as a babyface, and he can use a good feud against one of the biggest heels on WWE SmackDown.
Jey Uso could use such rivalries to emerge as a big threat in the Intercontinental Championship picture.
Reigns would love for his entourage to hold two titles on the blue brand and further assert their dominance.
This feud can bring a lot of positive outcomes, and hopefully, the WWE creative will see its potential before it is too late.
